Job Description:
As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for executing the company's marketing strategy, developing and implementing campaigns to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and build customer loyalty. You will work closely with the Marketing team to deliver innovative and effective marketing initiatives across a range of channels, including digital marketing, offline events, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital channels.
- Create and manage content marketing campaigns to engage customers and build brand awareness.
- Plan and execute offline events and promotions, including trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Develop marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with sales objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and market trends.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics tools and metrics to track and measure ROI.
- Build relationships with key influencers and partners to drive brand advocacy and increase brand awareness.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, offline events, and promotions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, offline events, and promotions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in the home and lifestyle industry is a plus.
